Contact

Send a short note. Get a straight answer.

Tell us what the practice does and what is — or is not — happening with your marketing. Brandon reads every one of these himself, and you will hear back with an honest read on whether we are a fit, including when the answer is that we are not.

We use this to reply to you and nothing else — no list, no resale, no sequence you did not ask for. See our privacy policy.

Before you send it

What we will not do with this.

A contact form is a small act of trust. Here is exactly what it does and does not set off.

No sequence you did not ask for

Writing to us does not drop you into an automated follow-up campaign. If the conversation ends, so does the emailing.

No list resale

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with anyone. There is no data partner and there never has been.

No pressure

One conversation and a written plan. No second call to circle back, no expiring discount, no chasing you into next quarter.

We will tell you if we are not a fit

If what you need is outside what we do well, we will say so on the first call and, where we can, point you at someone who does it properly.

Asked first

A few questions people ask before they write.

The short versions. The rest are on the FAQ page.

No. Everything is month to month with thirty days' notice. We will tell you honestly that this work compounds and that judging a newsletter on one issue is like judging a gym membership on one session — but that is a recommendation, not a clause. Stay because it is working.

Brandon. The person who writes the plan is the person who answers the phone and the person who fixes it when something is wrong. There is no account manager layer, which is the main reason firms leave bigger agencies for us.

About twenty minutes. A short call or a few voice notes about what is going on at the firm, plus approval on the plan and the proof. Everything else is ours. Clients who send us one photo and a sentence still get a personal column that sounds like them.

Intake and follow-up changes show up in weeks, because they recover work you were already losing. Newsletters and content work on a longer clock — the referral conversations usually start changing around month four to six. Anyone promising faster than that on a relationship channel is guessing.

We rewrite it. Nothing prints or sends until you have approved it, so "I do not like it" is a revision, not a disaster. If we still cannot get it right, you have not lost a year.
