Services

Six things, done properly.

We would rather be excellent at a handful of things than adequate at everything. Here is the whole list, what each one actually involves, and — further down — the work we no longer take on.

Scope

What we don't do

Said plainly, so you find out here rather than three months in.

Social media management

We do not post for clients any more. Doing it properly is a full-time job and we would rather be excellent at five things than mediocre at nine.

Enterprise SEO campaigns

We handle the foundations — a fast site, clean structure, a Google Business Profile that is actually filled in, and monthly articles worth reading. If you need a dedicated link-building program, you want a specialist.

How it runs

The same four steps, every month.

Whichever services you take, the loop underneath them does not change.

  1. 01

    We learn the practice

One long call about what you do, who sends you your best work, and what a good client actually looks like. Nothing gets written before that conversation — which is why the first issue sounds like you and not like a template.

    Week one, once.
  2. 02

    We build the calendar

A month at a time: the newsletter story, the emails, the ad budget, the article. You see the plan and approve it before a word is written. No surprises, no "what are they doing over there".

    By the 1st, every month.
  3. 03

    We produce and send

Written, designed, proofed, printed, mailed and published. The newsletter goes out as a physical issue and a digital flipbook the same week. Campaigns fire on the dates on the calendar.

    On the promised date.
  4. 04

    We report and adjust

What ran, what it did, and what changes next month. Opens, clicks, calls, cost per lead — the numbers that move money, not the ones that make a slide look busy.

    End of month.

Send a short note about the practice and what is — or is not — happening with your marketing. Brandon reads every one of these himself and will tell you straight whether we are a fit.

No pitch deck, no discovery-call gauntlet. One conversation, and a straight answer.
