We do not publish a monthly figure, because the honest answer is a range and the range is set by things we can only know once you have described the practice. What we will do is tell you the whole number on the first call rather than after three meetings.
How it is packaged
Four shapes an engagement takes.
Every piece is priced so it can stand on its own. Take the newsletter and nothing else, take the program it sits inside, or have the whole thing run as one campaign — you are not pushed into a bundle to get the one thing you came for.
Where most firms start
The newsletter
One issue a monthMonthly, set by how many people you mail. Print and postage at cost on top.
One issue a month, written, designed, printed, mailed and published as a digital flipbook, emailed to your list. The whole flagship, nothing else bolted on.
The pieces you pickMonthly. Each service is priced to stand alone, so drop one and the rest do not move.
The newsletter plus the pieces that make it compound — email campaigns and sequences, the CRM and intake follow-up, the website and Google profile, and paid ads when they are worth running.
Everything, one planOne monthly figure covering the whole campaign, agreed before anything starts.
Every channel we run, planned as one campaign instead of five services that happen to share an invoice. The newsletter sets the story for the month, email and ads carry it, the site and CRM catch what it produces, and the repeating work behind it is automated.
Everything in The program, planned to one calendar
Newsletter, email, ads, CRM and the website scoped against each other
One campaign plan a month, approved before a word is written
AI automation wherever it removes a repeating job
Ad budget moved between channels as the month shows what works
One report covering every channel, not five sent separately
A fixed-price buildScoped and quoted once, after a paid discovery session. Maintenance is optional.
AI receptionist, booking agent, chat widget, intake automation, billing chases — scoped and built as a project. Take it and run it yourself, or keep us on to maintain it.
Most people arrive knowing what is not happening rather than what to buy. The list has not been mailed in a year. The ads have been running since March and nobody has opened the account. The referrals slowed down and nobody can say exactly when.
Describe that and we will tell you what we would do about it and what it would cost. Sometimes that is less than you came expecting to spend, and sometimes the honest answer is nothing yet. We would rather say so than sell you a program you are not ready to use.
Four things move the number more than anything else, and none of them are a mystery. If you can answer these on the phone, we can price it on the phone.
How many people you are mailing
Print and postage run roughly 60–70 cents per copy, charged to you at cost through our print partner with no markup. Five hundred names is a very different monthly bill from five thousand, and that part is arithmetic rather than negotiation.
How much of it is written from scratch
A fully ghostwritten issue with original research costs more than one built around material you already have. Most firms sit somewhere in between.
How many channels you take
The newsletter alone, or the newsletter plus email, CRM, site and ads. Each piece is priced so it can stand on its own — you are not forced into a bundle to get the one thing you wanted.
Whether there is a mess to clean up first
A list scattered across three systems, or a site that needs rebuilding before ads can point anywhere, is set-up work. We quote it separately and once, rather than hiding it in the monthly fee forever.
No markup
Passed through at cost, never marked up.
These are not our fee. They are billed at what they cost, and wherever possible the account is opened in your name so you are reading the invoice yourself.
01
Print and postage
About 60–70¢ per copy, mailed. Billed at cost — we do not mark it up.
02
Ad spend
Paid by you directly to Google or Meta. We charge a flat management fee, never a percentage.
03
Software licenses
CRM, email platform, hosting, domain — opened in your name, on your card, at cost.
04
Domain and hosting
Yours, in your name. You keep it if we stop working together.
Terms
What you can hold us to.
The commercial terms are the same for everyone, and they are short enough to read here.
Month to month
No twelve-month lock-in. Thirty days' notice, no exit fee, no hostage situation.
One invoice
A single monthly figure agreed up front. Pass-through costs shown separately at cost.
You own the assets
List, domain, ad accounts, CRM, artwork. All in your name from day one.
We will tell you not to
If the budget is too small to work, or the channel is wrong for you, we say so instead of taking it.
Questions
Money
The four that come up on almost every call, answered the way they get answered on the call.
It depends on how many people you are mailing, how much is written from scratch, and how many channels you take. We will give you the whole number on the first call rather than after three meetings. Print and postage run about 60–70 cents a copy and are billed at cost — we do not mark them up.
Then let us take something out rather than do a watered-down version of everything. The services are priced to stand alone for exactly this reason. What we will not do is quote you a number so low that the work cannot actually be done properly — that wastes your money more thoroughly than not starting.
No. A flat management fee. A percentage gives an agency a reason to talk you into a bigger budget than the account can usefully spend, and we would rather not have that conversation with ourselves.
Sometimes — where there is genuine set-up work like a website build, a CRM configuration or an automation project. It is quoted separately and once, rather than buried in the monthly fee forever.
Everything else — contracts, scope, proof and privacy — is on the FAQ page
