Partner program

We would rather pay you than pay Google.

If you work with law firms and small businesses, you know which ones are quietly unhappy with their marketing. Introduce one. After their first full month with us, we pay you that whole month’s fee.

The offer

Stated plainly, before anything else.

Three cards, no asterisks. The rest is detail.

What you get

A full month of their fee

One monthPaid once, after their first full month

Whatever the firm you introduce pays us each month, we pay you that, once. Not a percentage.

  • Paid in one payment, in full
  • Confirmed in writing first
  • The tenth pays what the first did
  • You don’t have to be a client

What it costs you

Nothing, and no commitment

NothingNo agreement, no portal, no minimum

Nothing to join. No dashboard, no tracking link, no quota. Send a name when you have one.

  • No cap on how many you send
  • Nothing to sign first
  • No obligation to send any
  • Stop whenever you like
How it works

How it works

Four steps, and you only do the first one.

The whole point is that it costs you an email.

01

You make the introduction

An email with both of us on it is enough. You don’t have to explain what we do.

One email.
02

We have one honest conversation

One call about their practice and their marketing. If the budget’s too small or the fit is wrong, we say so then.

Usually within a week.
03

If it fits, they start

Scope agreed, accounts in their name, first issue on the calendar. The setup fee is waived because you sent them.

Usually inside two weeks.
04

You get paid

Once they’ve completed a full month and settled that invoice, we pay you the whole of it, without you asking twice.

After their first full month.

Who this is for

People who already serve the same firms we do.

You sell a firm something we don’t, and they take your word seriously. Bankers, resellers, printers and mail houses pass the same test.

Legal answering services

You’re the first voice a firm’s callers hear, so you know which offices let leads go cold.

Court reporters and litigation support

You’re in and out of dozens of firms a month. You hear which ones have gone quiet.

Bookkeepers and CPAs

You see the revenue line first. When you say the pipeline has thinned, a partner believes you.

IT providers and MSPs

You hold the domain, the email and the trust that comes from fixing things quietly. Marketing is the ask you can’t answer.

Practice-management consultants

You’re hired to fix how the firm runs. Half your recommendations need somebody to produce them.

Firms we already work with

You know what arrives and when, so your introduction carries weight ours never could.

The candid bit

Why we would rather pay you than Google.

This isn’t a loyalty scheme dressed up as a partnership. It exists because of some unglamorous arithmetic.

The arithmetic doesn’t work at our size

Legal keywords sit in one of the most expensive auctions there is, and most of what you buy never calls. That budget goes somewhere either way. We’d rather it went to you.

You’re not renting attention — you already have it

An ad has to buy the first second of interest. You already have it. Tell a firm you serve that someone’s worth a call, and the sale is half over.

To be fair to paid search

It isn’t useless. A firm chasing one six-figure case can make an expensive click pay, and we run those ads happily. At our deal size, the numbers stop working.

And this is new

We’re launching this program, not reporting on one. There’s no roster of partners and no total paid out to quote — you’d be among the first. Weigh that; it’s also why the terms are this simple.

What we do with the name

Your relationship matters more to us than one deal.

An introduction lends us your credibility for an afternoon.

We will

  • Tell your contact straight if we aren’t the right fit.
  • Tell you how it went, and whether it went anywhere.
  • Follow your lead on tone. It’s your relationship.
  • Keep what you tell us about them to ourselves.

We will not

  • Add them to a list because you sent their name.
  • Keep chasing after they say no. One no ends it.
  • Pitch them things they didn’t ask about.
  • Ask you to sell, run a demo or explain our pricing.

Questions

The four that decide it.

After they’ve been with us a full month and settled that invoice. One payment, the whole of that month’s fee. We don’t publish monthly figures, so you get the amount in writing first.

Everyone here is month to month, so it happens. No full month, no payment. If they leave later, you keep what you were paid.

Yes, and it’s the most natural version of this. Same terms, and we can take it off your own invoice as a credit instead.

Tell us anyway. If they’re already in a live conversation with us, we say so straight away. That one case doesn’t pay. Everything else does, including someone who spoke to us a year ago.

Send a name and a line about why you thought of them. Brandon makes the call himself and tells you how it went.
