Email marketing
You already have the list. It is doing nothing.
Almost every firm we meet is sitting on a few thousand addresses in a spreadsheet, an old CRM and somebody's Outlook. We clean it, load it, and put it on a schedule — campaigns that go out on the date they were promised and sequences that follow up while you are in court.
is the widely-cited average return for every $1 spent on email marketing.
Litmuspeople use email worldwide — still the largest owned marketing channel there is.
StatistaEmail remains the channel consumers most often say they prefer for permission-based marketing.
MarketingSherpaPublished industry benchmarks, not results from our clients. Marketing outcomes vary by practice, market and list — we do not promise numbers before we have seen yours.
Why email still outperforms everything else
Email is the only channel where you own the audience. A social following is rented — the platform decides who sees you, and it can change its mind on a Tuesday. A list is yours, it moves with you, and nobody can throttle it.
It is also the cheapest thing in marketing by a distance, which is exactly why it gets neglected: there is no invoice forcing anyone to keep it up. Put it on a calendar and it quietly becomes the highest-return line in the budget.
What you get
Everything included, listed.
No line item here is an upsell waiting to happen. This is the scope.
List clean-up and import
We take what you have — spreadsheets, exports, business cards, an old CRM — de-duplicate it, strip the dead addresses that hurt deliverability, and get it into one place.
Monthly campaigns
Written, designed and scheduled around a calendar you approve in advance. The newsletter, firm news, seasonal touches, an offer when there is one worth making.
Automated sequences
New inquiry, new client, matter closed, review request, dormant-client reactivation. Written once, running forever, so a Saturday inquiry is not a missed inquiry.
Landing pages
When a campaign needs somewhere to send people, we build the page rather than dropping them on a homepage and hoping.
Deliverability set-up
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured properly so your mail lands in the inbox instead of the promotions tab. This is unglamorous and it is the difference between a campaign working and not.
Reporting that means something
Opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes and what changed as a result. If a campaign did nothing, we say so and change it.
Questions
The things people ask before they sign.
It always is. Cleaning it up is part of onboarding, not an extra.
ActiveCampaign or GoHighLevel, depending on whether you also want the CRM side. The account is opened in your name on your card, so you own it and the data in it.
Usually once or twice a month. We would rather send one thing worth opening than four things that train people to ignore you.
